Fullstack Engineer Laravel / JavaScript

Join Eforma Africa as a Fullstack Laravel / JavaScript Engineer and participate in the sustainable development of a platform dedicated to professional training in Africa. You will contribute to evolving an existing Laravel environment as well as the JavaScript interfaces and functionalities.

Your mission will cover various projects: management of training and tests, organization of events, online payments, AI-based features, user profiles, corporate spaces, and project management. You will be involved in the entire development chain, from design to production.

This position is aimed at a fullstack profile capable of working with Laravel and JavaScript, understanding an existing codebase, and proposing reliable, scalable solutions tailored to user needs. Particular attention will be paid to code quality, maintainability, and user experience.

As part of this sustainable position, you will participate in code reviews and the implementation or maintenance of the tests necessary for the robustness of the platform. This opportunity is suitable for an autonomous, collaborative person motivated by digital projects related to training, employment, and skills development.

Job Position Requirements

2 to 4 years of experience in fullstack web development or demonstrable equivalent experience.

Good mastery of PHP/Laravel and JavaScript, as well as HTML and CSS.

Good knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB, Git, and REST APIs.

Ability to understand, maintain, and evolve an existing codebase by producing clean and maintainable code.

Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit, with the ability to analyze needs, solve problems, and participate in code reviews.
